The service

This is an independent video tool. It is not affiliated with the 1987 film, its producers, or the creator of the viral AI dance clip. The public page explains the difference between the real film and the AI meme. The video maker does not provide the film or a downloadable copy of the reference dance clip.

Your account and uploads

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Upload only material that you own or are authorized to use, and obtain consent from people whose likeness appears. You retain your rights in your uploads. You give us and our video provider the limited permission needed to process your request and deliver the result.

Acceptable use

Do not upload, request, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors, sexual or explicit adult content, graphic violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, deceptive impersonation or non-consensual deepfakes, privacy violations, or infringement of another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights. Do not use the tool to create unlawful material or to reproduce protected movie footage, music, or another creator's work without permission.

We use the video provider's safety checks and may investigate reports. We may reject a request, remove an output, suspend access, or close an account when we identify a violation, subject to applicable law and our refund policy. Report suspected misuse to support@rumpelvideomaker.com or through support tickets. A safety check cannot catch every violation, so users remain responsible for their inputs and use of outputs.

Credits and generation

When checkout opens, the one-time packages will provide one or three video generation credits. One credit is reserved while a job runs. A successful, stored, downloadable result consumes one credit. A failed job releases its reservation. The current generation workflow uses MiniMax H3 Reference to Video through fal.ai, with a user supplied character image and a fixed audio cue. AI output can vary; a purchase does not guarantee an exact copy of a meme, a particular motion, or suitability for every use. Public payment is closed during pre-launch review. Local development may display a clearly labeled synthetic mock result.

Results and availability

You may download a successful result while its private file is retained. The intended retention period is seven days after task creation, subject to the scheduled cleanup process being configured before launch. You must save a copy within that period. We may remove material that violates these terms or law. You are responsible for checking whether your use of a result requires additional rights.

See the Refund Policy for failed generation, unused credits, and payment issues. For account or purchase support, open a support ticket after signing in.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the service is validated. Material changes will be reflected by the update date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
